Vimukthi Club
The Vimukthi Club is an association for anti-drug campaign at Higher Education Institutes. It is functioning in unison with Excise Department of Kerala . The Vimukthi Club's primary mission is to organize anti-narcotics campaigns and conduct effective activities to combat the drug menace among students and youth. It aims to create awareness among people about the harmful effects of narcotic drugs and their impact on individuals and society.
Objectives of a Vimukthi Club :
- Campaign Organization: Organize anti-drug campaigns at Higher Education Institutes in collaboration with the Excise Department of Kerala.
- Awareness Activities: Conduct activities to raise awareness about the dangers of narcotic drugs among students and the youth.
- Environment Promotion: Promote a drug-free environment within educational institutions.
Activities and Initiatives:
- Government Collaboration: The club functions in unison with the Excise Department of Kerala to plan and execute anti-drug activities.
- Club Coordination: The Convenor oversees and coordinates the activities of the Vimukthi Club.
- Awareness Programs: The club regularly conducts awareness programs, seminars, and campaigns targeting students and the wider community to fight the drug menace.
